Is there a way, when displaying instrument names outside the music frame, to have the system dividers shown at the same vertical level as the instrument names as well? Between the systems they are somehow… impractical :))

You could set a negative inset under Library→Engraving Options→System Dividers. A bit of a hit and miss, though.

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, that doesn’t work when I have 4–5 staff sizes in the score.
