Instrument synchronization in replay

After creating just 3 individual instrument parts; bass, piano, and guitar, when I replay them together in the score they are badly rhythmically out of sync making it useless to listen to. Is there a setting that would help to adjust this?

Individually they replay fine.

Did you record all of the parts using real-time recording? If so, try selecting all of the music and doing Play > Reset Playback Overrides. If that doesn’t help, please zip up and attach the project here so we can take a look and a listen.
