Instrumental full score layout

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone might know why my Full score is not follwing the LAYOUT hierachy that I have prepared in the set up window?

For instance, I have a random second flute below the double basses, and clarinet and bassoon amongts the strings. I have taken a screen shot so you can see that on the left I have the preferred layout, however this is not being reflected in the full score.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Difficult to know without seeing the project, but is there a chance that the Layout Option for custom player order is set? It shouldn’t be…
