VST2 Plugin path moved??

Hi - Just updated to Cubase 8 64bit from 7.5 64bit, wont scan or find any of my 3rd party vst2 plugs which are located in a folder I created. Plugin information in devices doesn’t have the tab as it did in 7.5, before I just added the path restated...
