Does anyone have experience with Intel’s Core Ultra 5 245K, 7 265K or 9 285K CPUs?
Can you achieve as low latency with sound cards as with the previous 14th generation CPUs?
There is allegedly a slightly worse memory latency due to the fact, that the memory controller is no longer an integrated part of the CPU, but I have no idea if this is detrimental to the latecny one would see with regards to Cubase and soundcards.
that won’t make any difference to audio interface latency.

I know it won’t affect the actual, physical latency of the interface it self, but what about the overall, roundtrip latency?
Is that not - to some extend - dependant on how fast the RAM responds?
nope, it has no effect on your audio latency.

RAM latency is the time required by the CPU cycles to use RAM…As it is not the limiting factor as far as ASIO audio latency is concerned, it will not be an issue. 24 bits 48k x 96 audio tracks is only 13.2 Mo/s data to be processed in pseudo real time (with some buffers and small latency)
