Intel 300N processor for fan less computer being used primarily for vocals. Is this realistic?
It’s minimal, but not a slouch either.
With 8+ GB of DDR5 and any good SSD, you’ll be fine for light projects.
You might have to use larger buffers than average (bit more latency) and do not abuse of stacking heavy plugins, but many people are working daily with a lesser CPU.
Make sure you streamline your Windows install also and remove useless applications eating resources in the background.
Thank you for replying and the vote of confidence for the 300N. It comes with a small format computer that has 16GB DDR4 and a 500GB SSD so fingers crossed. No going back now as I’ve bought it. Once again thanks.
