I used a Nektar Panorama CS12 with Nuendo 14 and eventually had to return it. The concept is awesome. It was so nice having so much integration and control in a single controller. However, in practice it was very sluggish. The response time from clicking on a track to the CS12 updating the screen was 1-2 seconds which might not seem like but for a professional workflow, it was just too much.
