This is especially annoying for the mix console because every time i close and reopen it with the F3 key (WHICH IS ALL THE TIME) i have to move or resize it if i want to be able to click things accurately.

This is an issue of the latest Windows update. Already reported and discussed many times here on the forum.
Yes it started happening with the windows update… but it’s more of an issue with cubase than the windows update itself. They could probably start by figuring out why it only affects certain windows in the program.
