Just loaded the Cubase 15 Artist package. Brand new PC and 32G Memory and using the UR22MKII for my midi interface. When hitting the Chord Pad everything will be sounding fine but then I get an intermediate buzzing sound when I am pressing the pad buttons that comes and goes. Any suggestions?
Try raising and lowering your audio buffer and see if that helps 
Intermittent buzzing sounds can also come from plugins that are in trial/demo mode.
