Intermittent Drop Out of USB Dongle

Has anyone come across a problem, whereby it is necessary to re-seat the USB Dongle every few days. We have approximately 50 machines running this solution and from time to time, the only way to enable Cubase to run (with the required license), is to re-insert / re-seat the USB Dongle.

NB: The light on the Dongle is off, when not recognised. Re-inserting temporarily fixes the issue.

We have tried changing USB ports etc. on these Dell machines, whilst also checking power settings / voltage etc., with no positive effect…
