We worked with Cubase 9.5 on Windows 10 until recently. We now have a new AD/DA converter, Antelope Orion 32+ Gen4 with an RME MADI FX card. This now works perfectly with Reaper. We still have some older Cubase projects that still need further work. And the following problem arises: When we load the projects into Cubase 9.5, the internal routing is not correct. For example, tracks 3, 4 and 5 go to track 17 on the internal mixer. Other tracks don’t go to the mixer at all. The assignment of the tracks is correct everywhere, I checked that. The track assignment from the MADI card to the Orion is also correct. If we record and play back with Reaper, everything is correct. We still work with an analogue mixing console. The tracks also come back the wrong way, like with the internal mixer. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it? Since we are already very advanced with the Cubase projects, we naturally want to continue working on them in Cubase.
I also installed the 60 day trial version of Cubase 13 and loaded the projects but it remains the same.
