Internet Connection Problems after Cubase 9.0 opens..

I am using a Winows 7 Cubase 9 Elements Laptop PC.

The first time I power on the computer, everything is fine including internet. Once I open Cubase , the hub opens and connects properly. I open an empty project and then close Cubase and then try opening Cubase again and no connection in hub, and no internet connection and make it correct I have to restart the PC.

What could be wrong?

Hi,

Make sure you have the latest C9.0.40 update installed, please.

Cubase is using Internet Explorer for Steinberg Hub. Might happen something goes wrong, and the IE is not closed properly (or it crashes).

If it still hand after the update, try Cubase Safe Start Mode, please.
