Introducing performance like rubato in the play mode

Is there a way to introduce performance like rubato (eg a brief hanging on a phrase ending or a brief speeding up to buid tension) when working in the play mode of Dorico Elements 3.5?

Of course, in Write mode, the score could be set up with many subtle changes of tempo but I do not want to go this way. I want to think of tempo nuances as being performance. Suggestions welcome please. I am thinking of small ensemble (à3 to à5) simulations.

Thank you. Looks like what I was hoping for. I’ll try it out.
I guess this is effective when outputting an audio file from Dorico Elements?

Yes, it works for all versions of Dorico.
