Hi! I just purchased what I thought was cuebase 15 for £83. I think i accidentally bought an upgrade instead of the software itself. When i try and redeem my access code, i get an error that says ‘you entered a download access code for a product upgrade, but you do not own a lisence to which this upgrade can be applied’ please help! this was a christmas gift and i do not have the funds to purchase anything else.
Sounds like you purchased the upgrade from CUBASE 14, do you own Cubase 14 ?
Search for Steinberg online shop support and ask for a refund.
Cubase Pro 15 upgrade from 14 is £83 so likely this was what you bought….your email will confirm exactly what it is…..if you want a cheaper version Cubase Elements full version is also £83.
