Invalid File Format Corrupted file

Hey all,

It seems that unfortunately I’ve gotten an invalid file format for a piece I was working on yesterday. Is there any way to recover this? It’s really frustrating because it seems I keep getting pinched one way or the other when it comes to file management in dorico. I’ve even built the habit of consistently saving different versions of the file in case this happens, but they’re all corrupted.
