Hello
New system build and upgraded to Cubase 6.5.3 and when I try to import a mp4 video file (that works on my old system on cubase 5) I get the error Invalid or no supported video file.
Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
i7 6 core CPU
64GB Ram
System and Cubase load from SSD
Cubase 6.5.3
Focusrite Liquid Saphire 56
The video file in question plays fine in Windows Media Player and I have installed the MP4 codec pack so any help would be most apreciated as I need to finish testing my new system this week to start work with it next week.
