Invalid project file -Nuendo 6

Hi everyone,
So I’m receiving the “invalid project file” message when trying to load a project which i spent lotsss of hours on it.

furthermore, when trying to restore a backup file ( i’m changing .bak to .npr - should i do anything else?) , i get the same error message.
Life is good to me this morning.

one last thing -my system loads smoothly a project file that was saved one day earlier (from the dame project).
The difference between the 2 versions is about 12 working hours… :unamused:

Any Ideas?

This happened to me and I found out the hard drive the project was on had been turned off. Same messages.
