Trying to make a R.H. harp fingering with 2 above 3, but no matter what I do the 3 comes out on top. Anyway to fix this?
In two steps, it seems to work.

Another method is to select both notes, activate the Fingering popover (shift-F), type L2,3 or L3,2. The L causes the fingering numbers to be ordered for a left hand fingering. It also causes the fingering to be placed below the staff. To position the fingering above the staff, select the two notes and set Properties > Fingering and Positions > Staff-relative position to Above.
