How can I run VSL library with Dorico iPad ?
If not usable, what libraries can be used with Dorico iPad ?

You can’t use VST instruments on iPadOS: only AUv3 plug-ins can be used. VSL don’t make any products for iPadOS at the present time, so far as I know.
There aren’t many orchestral plug-ins for iPad, to my knowledge; the main one I am aware of is iSymphonic Orchestra.
I just got it, looking for new sounds. I think I wouldn’t recommend this library to folks, the included Microsonics is better IMO, certainly more complete, I don’t think there’s much woodwinds or percussion in this, and the samples are washed out group effects more meant as splashes to your pop piece or something I think.
