Yes! The main problem seems to be the beaming of the first triplet of the L.H.
I might be missing something, but it looks like the beam over the rests works with two eighth rests, but not with a quarter:
So I played around with hidden noteheads/stems/ledger lines and another voice:
And also, the first eighth rest in the RH belongs to another voice, otherwise the beam would start over it.
