Is anyone having issues with contact number UK?

Hi

I recently bought Cubase Pro 11 and I’ve found it a mine field when it comes to getting started. Usually when I email it will take a couple of weeks to get a response. Sometimes I receive no response at all. I could do with talking through it but the UK number on the site doesn’t appear to be working: 04040 110125

Has anyone else had issues with this?
