Is H-EQ a Steinberg plug in?

I have just reinstalled my studio machine, but just 2 weeks ago I completed a project where I used a plug-in named H-EQ. Now after reinstalling (4 days!!!;-() I wanted to open the last song of the project, but Cubase (7.5) tells me that it can’t find H-EQ. I think it’s a Steinberg plug-in but I can’t find it anywhere.
Can anybody help here? :unamused:

Strange. I have the Platinum, Kramer and SSl4000, but the H-EQ is not part of any of them.
Sometimes the way of the MAC is just strange, or maybe I’m just tired anyway thanks!
