I have tried to buy Cubase 13 from Sweetwater as usual but apparently it seems that from this year this is not possible anymore because i am not resident in the US is that true?
Yes, I had the same problem in the past (buying a Wavelab update from Sweetwater). After paying they told me that Steinberg does not allow this, and refund me.
