This as probably been brought up before but I seem to trouble with this boards search function.
I was just wondering if multi timbrel plug-ins loaded from Devices/ VST Instruments are likely to have the same automation abilities as single instruments loaded from Add VST instruments in the arrange page?
I have a Access Virus soft synth and often use all four instances, each of which which can not be individually easily automated, using envelop tracks when loaded from Devices/ VST Instruments. And there are many others too. Wouldn’t it be nice to just automate the kick or the snare, or whatever with GAO. Of course, a work around is to send those individual tracks to a group but that just clutters the mixer and takes time.
Has this been mentioned? On the cards?
Or am I missing something obvious? Wouldn’t be the first time
