I have imported flows at the wrong order into another flow, so that page 18 should be page 14, for example. I have tried to swap pages with the “Swap with previous Page” button underneath the “Pages” in Engrave Mode. But that does not switch the content of the page, only the title. Very confusing. The text pages I had did change their place in the order, but the staves and notes didn´t .
You can re-order the flows in Setup mode, by dragging the Flow “rectangles” in the bottom panel. You can also re-order them in the Project Info dialog.
“Swap with Previous Pages” moves the Layout from one page to another , . E.g., any manual changes to the page. You’re in Engrave mode, which deals with appearance, not content.
Pages are just where the music falls into.

Ulf, remove all your Overrides in Engrave Mode.
Go to Setup Mode.
In the below panel, shift/drag the flows into your preferred order.
