I just want to render my midi event which contain 4 notes like kicks or snares as 4 separate audio events in the same boundaries as relative notes.
Is it possible to convert midi notes to audio events?

cut the midi event in the places that each note is ending so you will have 4 midi events, then “render in place” and choose “as separate events”
Thank you,
I guess the main questions is how to split MIDI event by notes boundaries with less efforts?
Not what you are exactly looking for, but I would consider the use of the MIDI > Dissolve Part command before using @almaelectronix suggestion.
Are you using Groove Agent for drum sounds? You can change the output channel for each drum or export the entire mixer. When you render in place, an audio track will be created for each channel. This video was very helpful for me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S8EvozKfFfg&list=LL&index=12&t=288s
