Is it possible to create expression map for vst synths, i mean mapping crescendo to lowpass filter , staccato to envelope attack and use other classical expression or create new ones and map them to other synth parameters . if yes how to do it ? , do we have to use continuous controllers ?

Since you can control any cc in Dorico, I don’t know what could be missing here… But expression maps are appropriate with changing a parameter once, not modifying a continuous controller. Which means you could have some expression map settings with such playback technique triggering a set of continuous controllers at some given settings, but if you need to use those ccs as you would in any DAW, I would rather consider using the Key editor, with its cc lanes.
Use the volume dynamic section of the expression map for continuous controllers like filters. For synths, I imagine the main one would be velocity and the secondary would by whichever CC controls the lowpass filter. You’ll probably need to play with the upper/lower ranges and also check playback option overrides in the expression map to reduce (or even remove) humanization.
