Is it possible to make certain plugins open in the generic editor by default?

for certain plugins I just hate the gui, would love if I can set them to automatically open in the generic editor.

Doesn’t seem possible, AFAICS. Choosing the to switch to the Generic Editor lasts only during a given Cubase session, not further, and I haven’t seen a setting for this in the Plug-in information panel of the VST Plug-in Manager… :neutral_face:
