I’m working on a short intro to tablature for a bass student of mine and I want to have the same music in two flows. In the first flow I want the bass music on staff and tab but without any indication of the rhythm on the tablature. In the second flow I want the bass music on a staff and tab but I also want to show the rhythm on the tab. But only in the second flow so the student can see both types of tab. But when I use Layout options to and choose “show rhythms in tablature” it shows the rhythm lines in the tablature in both flows. Is there any way to have the rhythms show in the tablature only in the second flow?
Use two bass players, one in each flow. Then combine them into one layout.

(I used Dulcimers to illustrate since I already have a lot of TAB setting set for those and probably understand dulcimer TAB better than Bass Guitar, but the principle is the same.)
