Long time reader, first time poster.
I purchased Cubase Elements 10.5 a year ago for my home studio, I’m just wondering if it’s possible to install Cubase using the same license key on my Laptop so I can use it on the go?
Another quick question, if I purchased elements 10.5, is there any way to update it to the latest version (12)? Or do I need to purchase the artist version of Cubase for that to be the case for free.

For Cubase versions earlier than 12, a single license needs to be on a USB-eLicenser if you want to use it on more than one computer.
If you are using an USB-eLicenser (dongle) you can install Cubase 10.5 on as many computers as you like, just switch the dongle to the computer you want to use. If you are using a soft-eLicenser, then that license is bound to a single computer.
If you update to Cubase 12 you can install and use it on up to 3 computers without a dongle.
