I’m sure I saw mention of multi vari audio track editing prior to purchasing the C7 upgrade but can’t for the life of me work out how to do it. I know if you generate harmonies the various tracks are all loaded into the editor but what if I just wanted to edit say a lead vocal and harmony vocal recorded separately. Can I load both of these tracks into the editor to work on the vari audio?

You can show more the one tracks simultaneously in one Sample Editor window in Cubase 7 only (not older).
It’s very easy. Just select more audio events, and double-click (or use menu) to open the Sample Editor. Now, you can analyze and see more tracks simultaneously. There is pallete in the tool bar, where you can select, which track (or event), is actually edited.
