Is my DAW performing what it should? Picture attached

Hi,

I have recently clean installed my macbook pro 8,2 with Maverick on it.

I had a lot of performance issues with e.g. Cubase so it was time to make a clean one.

I still think the CPU usage in Cubase 7.5.20 is way too high for what it should be :confused:

Im currently around 60% on a project with the following instances:

It contains 40 tracks so far.

Is it normal or is it just me that thinks that it should be able to perform better???
