Is quick control bi-directionnal?

Hello, I use quick control in the inspector to control the mic position of a kontakt library (via host automation in the kontakt automation panel, so it’s not using a midi CC).

I have that quick control fader assigned to my arturia fader.

Now let’s say I want to buy a motorized fader, could the motorized fader, assuming the mapping is correct, “read” the value of QC1 upon selection of that track, and make the motorized fader “jump” to the correct position ?

Yes, that should work. QCs does send feedback to the controller. I haven’t tried with a motorized faded, but with rotary encoders equipped with LED rings, it works.
