Is Steinberg support normally this bad?

I opened a support ticket with Steinberg almost two weeks ago asking for help with my copy of Cubase Artist 10 as I’ve been having some GUI fps drop issues and I’ve heard literally nothing. Not even an automated email acknowledging the support request. I was just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for Steinberg to answer support tickets or if they answer them at all?

CALL them! They are excellent every time! No kidding. The ticket thing isn’t good for me either but call them and it’s first class baby.
