I have been having a support ticket for a while and have not got a reply. I knew the telephone support was not working for some days during Christmas but should be ok by now.
Is there something I am missing?

Hello Bach, The collegue has recieved your Email, but didn’t had the time to reply. We have a little backlog because of the christmas holidays.
