Is there a shortcut to delete a lane part, without loosing the comp tool?

I am working with with ten takes what I want to do is audition a take in a lane, then either keep it (do nothing) or bin it, quickly, without continuing to skip out of the comp tool to the eraser and back to the comp tool. Maybe there is a short cut?

Hi,

You can use the Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Click to select the given MIDI Part in the lane exclusively (you would add to the selection, if you would do just Shift + Click), if the Comp tool is selected. Then you can delete the given MIDI Part in the lane.
