okay! Now with the little “e” you can open VST View’s view, got it?
Then there is a LEARN, so you can fire turn page signal or whatever to your viewer:

Alternatively you can “record” these MIDI commands on a MIDI part (via built in vMIDI) to do page turns, zoom in, etc…

Got that part about the midi trigger. Still dont get how a module like vst viewer works and where its ment for. Is it to be presented on another screen or device other than the main system where VL runs??(other bandmembers with their device?)
To get the viewer visibleon the VL main screen, I choose module + and choose the little “e” where I choose vst viewer. In the viewer screen that appears I can insert a pdf that stays visible as long as the corresponding part of the song plays, correct?
When I now rewind the song and play from the beginning the viewer disappears, is this normal? I would expect that the viewer would return while the songs plays and I get to the part where I inserted the mentioned pdf. To get it visible, I have to open the module again and select vst viewer.
Please your help on this

You are great! There is one thing need to know with VST Live.
Any Layer, Stack, Module is inserted to a Song/Part it will be destroyed as soon as exiting that PART.
So if using multiple PARTs / Song would require as much instances of Viewer module… but in this case:
The trick is to create a Global Part and insert the PDF Viewer module in that Global Part. That global part will remain for the global project.
Goto PART / Create Global Part

Let’s go back to the title of my post; IS THERE A WAY TO AUTOSCROLL TAB OR SCORE?
So, I want the VST viewer to show me a page with my music pdf file. So starting at a begin of the song or what they call the first “part”, I want to se to the first page of this pdf. Going to next “part” as the song plays, I want to see the next page of the same pdf. After that the next part with the next page, you understand?
This has to be automated, I don’t want to trigger a midi-note or anything. So how do I do this?
Ook, then back to create the PART based VSTViewers
And there is an “Open at activation” icon in the Viewer viewer (one of the top, right icons).
Then each part will activate its own Viewer window with its own PDF.
(Or staying with global Viewer and turn pages by MIDI CC)

Hi there, i’m back trying to get the vst viewer working.
So i made a global part, inserted a vst viewer module there with a pdf and have the “open editor on activation” on. Now how do i switch pages? In the module i see MIDI In0, port selector and ACTIONS quick 1 > Zoom in etc..
So i suppose i need to trigger Quick5 for the next page of the pdf?
Do i need to make a midi track with different notes for every page and do midi learn or something??

BUT I’m not sure if you can dial any specific page (NEXT, PREV only).

Got it working. Assigned some knobs on my midicontroller for this and it works! Even when I record these CC’s on a miditrack, I can automate this!
