Like in using shift and click to select a longer part, but with selecting these features. I know dragging a “zone” selects everything, but this becomes impractical for longer parts.
Use the System Track. If you need to grab time/key signatures that fall outside of the selected region you can Cmd/Ctrl-click them to add them to the selection before you copy and paste.
