Is there a way to create new Line Annotation slots?

I’ve created new line annotations in the past using the blank spots, but I can’t figure out how to create new blank slots, and I can’t seem to overwrite any existing ones that I’d never use.

TIA

I’m not sure I understand, do you mean this?

If so, you could enter non-breaking spaces as annotation text, maybe?

No, sorry, I didn’t explain my question very well.

It’s actually not technically “annotations” in Dorico speak I’m talking about. It’s in the repeatable symbols editor, where I use some symbols such as arrow heads as the start or end of a wiggly line, for example.

I do this because it seems there’s no way to use an actual annotation on the repeatable line bodies for some reason, which I don’t understand.

Anyway, what I’m really talking about is the repeatable symbols window where some are blank, but I’m running out of blank slots.

You can add how many you want under Library->Repeatable Symbols.

You can edit/create repeatable symbols by clicking the pencil:
