Is there a way to extract the Bass line from a wave file?

It doesn’t have to be perfect, I just want to hear the Bass riff louder. Its all one track.

Are you wanting to hear the bass to learn it?

Couple of thoughts, use some eq to boost the bass and cut the rest, try a M/S plugin.
