Is there a way to get precise values for tempo, when rits and caesuras are used?

Using Synthesizer V within Dorico.

The piece I’m working on has a number of rits and caesuras. Since Dorico doesn’t have ARA capability, I’m trying to figure out the actual tempo values at various points in my timeline so that I can get set up the same in Synthesizer V, allowing it to play back as well as possible, within Dorico.

Though I can see dots on the tempo track in the key editor, it seems I can only find approximate values for the various tempo points, by gliding my mouse over the points and seeing what number pop up. The properties panel doesn’t provide these values. I can do some math based on the values in place for the caesuras or rits I’m using, but that’s a bit involved, and probably not as precise as whatever is actually going on behind the scenes, in Dorico.

When I export my project as midi, then import it into Studio One, I can see more granularity of my tempo changes, but S1 doesn’t seem to completely agree with what has been set up in Dorico.

Is there a way to get precise values for tempo changes in Dorico, when rits and caesuras are used, without approximating what’s actually occurring, or having to resort to an external program?

Responding to my own post… I’ve figured some things out about using Synthesizer V within Dorico.

Tempo changes, such as q=whatnot, or tempo changes that result from caesuras and ritardandos wreak havoc with playback of Synth V within Dorico, regardless of however precisely those changes have been manually notated within Synth V.

If Dorico supported ARA, perhaps that would be a different story, but I’m not sure how important a feature that would be to implement, given all the other important stuff the development team is working on.

Similarly, providing users with precise feedback of tempo values that occur due to caesuras and rits probably wouldn’t bring a lot of benefit for Dorico’s users.

I’ll be implementing my tempo changes in my ARA-compatible DAW, where necessary, instead.
