I have the preference Plugin Windows on top checked, but when I switch app focus to any other app / window or click os background workspace, they disappear. It’s really annoying… is there a way to keep them visable always? I’m on a mac
It’s counterintuitive, but you have to switch off the option for “Always on top” (right-click in the plug-in’s header).

the only part of that fix that doesn’t work is that now the plugin windows don’t stay on top of mixer / project window.
come on Steinberg sort it out, surely these are simple things to address that make a world of difference for professionals using their software daily
Exactly. It’s either/or. I imagine it’s not easy to trick an OS to have it both ways at the same time.
