Is there a way to make bar-rests appear as their true value?

As you can see in this image I have bar rests that all appear as 𝄻 instead of 𝄿 which is what I want. Is there a way I can achieve this? I know there is a way to force rests inside of a bar, but I don’t want to do everything manually.

This is what i did so far:

1. I set the time signature to 1/16
2. I set the the default bar lines to “dashed”, and went backwards to change the lines to “normal” before bar 3

Changing the whole rest under Library->Music Symbols only works if you don’t need whole rests also. If you create one 1/16 rest with force duration, you can copy paste it, use r to repeat it, or copy to staff above/below.

If you force the first rest and copy (Ctrl-C) it.
Then Select all and filter>rests…
You can paste (Ctrl-V) to force all the rests in one go.
