Is there a way to make FX sends post-fader but pre-panner?

I would like to use the panner to arrange stereo placement of sources routed to a send effect.
Is there an option for this?

Hi,

In the Channel Settings window, switch to the Panning tab instead of Destinations, bottom in the Sends section. Here you can find the Send panner. Detailed info here.

You can Link Panners (to sync your track panner with this Send panners) or keep the desynchronised. Detailed info here.
