yes, via the Track Controls Setting dialog (cogwheel at the bottom of the track list).
If you want it besides the M and S buttons, please use the ‘Move up’ and ‘Move down’ buttons.

Looks like on 7.5 there isn’t the listen option under track controls. Can you confirm please?
