When sampling, “Create loop from selection” is needed all the time, and I find the existing key short cut, Q then shift-L to be a bit cumbersome, as it cannot be done with one hand, as Shift and L are not a one handed key combination, unless you try and use the right shift key with your thumb and then try to find the L, not easily done.
For something which is one of the most commonly required functions, it would be so much easier if this was a single key shortcut, or at least was reachable with one hand, but I could not find anywhere to redefine this key sequence,
or is there somewhere ?
