Is there an option to beam together only secondary beams?

Hi everyone!

I am trying to transcribe a piece of music, but I haven’t found a way to recreate the same exact beaming for this bar in 3/8:

Here is what I get in Dorico by default (with the same time signature). If I beam everything together, I get something that is closer to the original, but still not what I want.

I don’t see an option in Dorico to beam together only selected notes.

Do you see how all of this could be solved? Maybe there is a solution but I am just to dumb to figure it out…
In any case, thanks for your help in advance!

I think the answer is in the properties of the note (bottom panel), in the Beaming section. There is a Secondary Beam option, give it a try

Edit: Actually, I was able to reproduce your picture with Notation options>Beam grouping

without even using the properties

This was a well-known issue in Finale and I believe other software programs that was finally solved by this option in Dorico.
