I’ve been on Cubase for many years and don’t want to see any info popping up for a few seconds every time I change tools, which sometimes blocks what I’m actually working on. Is there a way to turn this off?

Try going into the Cubase\>Edit\>Preferences\>Editing\>Tools menu and untick the “Select Tool: Show Extra Info” option.

Thanks Prock. I tried that but the pop-ups still happen. Good for beginners, annoying and pointless for anyone who’s familiar with the program. Should be made a Preference.
