Is this a Cubase 15 Pro panner bug?

I have a stereo drum bus group that routes to a stereo effects track that has a compressor. This routing is set up to be pre-fader from the drum bus to the compressor. (This compressor is used as a parallel compressor on the drum bus.)

If I set the drum bus panner to be in Stereo Balanced mode, then it all works fine. But if I set the drum bus to be in Stereo Combined mode, then only the left channel is routed to the effects track. (Stereo Combined mode is useful for this drum bus because the stereo field can be made narrower to place the drums closer to the center of the stereo field.)

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? I think it’s Cubase bug, but I could be doing something wrong.

I was able to fix this. I set the drum bus panner to Stereo Balance mode, and I set the effects track to Stereo Balance mode. Then I deactivated the project. I then reactivated the project and set the both drum bus and effects track to Stereo Combined mode and now I can set the drum bus stereo field to L80-R80, for example, and the effects track now sees both channels. The compressor on the effects track is Izotope Neutron. Maybe some panning info was getting lost between Cubase and the Neutron plugin or something like that. Anyway it’s working correctly now, but I’ll keep an eye on it.
