When dragging the bottom track, the wave changes shape. How do I fix this? Or is it a Cubase problem?

I am not sure if I understand what you mean. If you enlarge a track’s height the waveform display will be stretched out on a vertical basis. The shape itself does not change. What would you like to see instead? Enlarging a track would be pointless if you can’t zoom in on the waveform…?
As I said - maybe I misread your question 
I think posting a second screenshot showing the waveform after dragging the event would be helpful.
